Dr. Dan Hruza was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his premedical studies at the University of Nebraska where he graduated magna cum laude. He later received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. After completing internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Nebraska Affiliated Hospitals, he moved to Denver where he finished his fellowship in gastroenterology at the Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. Hruza currently serves as the Medical Director of South Denver Endoscopy Center. His areas of special interest are advanced biliary endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound.
