One hour prior to leaving for your procedure, use TWO 4-1/2 OZ FLEET enemas without mineral oil.  Insert the first enema and then the second.  Hold the liquid from both enemas for five to ten minutes, then release.  DO NOT purchase any enemas containing mineral oil.  The FLEET enema (or any other 4-1/2 oz. enema) can be purchased at most pharmacies and grocery stores.
